Today was interesting. I didn’t’ eat very much in the beginning of the day because I had a date with the scale. (I WON…BLESS HIM!!). When I did eat, I was not trying to entertain anything that had leaves in it…I think I’m tapped out on salad…lol! I decided to pick up Chinese food, but I had a long talk with myself to determine what I wanted before I got there. I had shrimp and beef with vegetables and 3 wings. Hannah had rice, but I didn’t crossover. I’m almost at the end of this 21 day personal challenge and I feel the desire to indulge in carbs…but I’m holding my mule. This path isn’t easy, but it’s right for me.
Update: I lost another 2.5 pounds! I’m forward!!
So: 31 Push-ups, squat rest day, 8,581 = 3.36 miles, 49 active minutes!! 96 oz H2O, 3 servings of fruit/veggies, 3 meals, on tract with calories.
