Day 6: Merry Fit-Mas Eating Update

I am so humble right now!! I got on the scale this morning and…I lost 4 lbs.!!  This is a sign that I’m on the right path.  I just need to keep my noise clean (i.e. stay on program) and exercise. I’m on day 6 of 21 of my quest to break the cycle of binge eating and over eating. I didn’t spaze out today, the objective was to make sure I didn’t get hungry. I was tempted by the chips my Mini Me had for lunch, however, I didn’t indulge…only by the grace of God!

So: I really didn’t eat or drink a whole lot today. 60 oz H2O, 3 servings of veggies/fruit, I was well under my caloric intake. I have to start searching for some really good veggie receipes…I need to spice it up a little! LOL!
