Day 3: Merry Fit-Mas Eating Update

WHEW!!! I really wish loosing weight was easier…but it’s not. I have to CONSTANTLY remind myself why I’m not eating that piece of cake or stuffing that pot of rice down my throat.

So: 88 oz H2O, 3 meals, 7 servings of veggies/fruit, stayed within caloric intake. I fought off the sugar/starch cravings one more day…bless HIM!
