Ok, my post is super late. I was totally exhausted by the end of the day. Nevertheless, I’m compelled to keep myself encouraged and held accountable.
So: 35 Push-ups, REST DAY on squats, 11.913 = 4.65 miles, 54 minutes high activity. 72 oz H2O, 4 servings of veggies, 3 meals. Still not tracking calories, I will get back on it. I’m just working on keeping myself from overindulging…it’s a process.
