I think I suffered from fatigue today, I didn’t want to move. And somehow, I think that’s ok. I turned up my exercise routine this week and I’m paying for it nown (52k steps Mon-Fri). I didn’t want to complete my push-ups or squats, I thought of all kinds of excuses…BUT I couldn’t let myself or the team down. This accountability stuff is no joke…so, I thank each of you for your support. I can feel you…
OH! I dodged two of my FAVORITE comfort foods and I FEEL LIKE A CHAMP! I almost ordered fried wings and I saw PIZZA on the same day and I didn’t pass out…there is a GOD! Lol! I have one more week on my 21 day “kick carbs in the teeth” challenge…I pray that this will help me learn how to have more control over carb cravings. From my mouth and stomach, to God’s ears…
So: 28 Push-ups, 50 squats (booty and thigh pain), light step day with 5000 (so far) = 2 miles. 64 oz H2O, 5 servings of fruit/veggies, 3 meals, on track with calories.
