Here’s the run down.
Focus: Healthy Eating & Exercise through Holiday Season 2015!
– Exercising for 2 months (yes, even on Thanksgiving & Christmas).
– Eating 5-6 meals a day within your daily caloric intake range (use the myfitnesspal app to determine).
– Include 4-6 servings of veggies/fruits
– Include 8+ glasses of H2O
– Last meal 2-3 hours BEFORE bed
– Post your daily progress.
