Walmart has some type of hold on my pocket book! Lol…I go in for 4 things and come out with 20 things! So, as I walked down the pasta/ Ravioli/Hamburger Helper aisle, all I could hear in my spirit was “Yea though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil!”
Yall… I have to talk to myself like that!! These cravings are serious & anything can trigger them. Forget about going through the bread section…that would put my mind in over drive! I was in the meat department & I caught a WHIFF of that FRIED CHICKEN…I had to woooossaaaa! Net, my cart was loaded with fruit, veggies & rotisserie chicken…so, another check in the win column for me! I’m on a personal mission…so I can’t compromise!
So: 64 oz H2O, 5 servings of fruit/veggies, 3 meals, within caloric intake target. Push up rest day, 50 squats, so far 11,600 steps!!! I’m cooking with gas!
Fam…what are your triggers? Identify them, then confront them! Correct it, don’t protect it…
